```Job Summary```
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information to clients and visitors regarding company services or products
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for physician, assistant, and medical spa
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Call Insurance companies to verify patient benefits

```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Knowledge of office management procedures is a plus
